Dear god, Sierra's hair for this was hell. D: Damn you Viper and your complicated hairstyle. Even worse than Sierra's original hairstyle.

Anyway, Sierra cosplaying C.Viper from Streetfighter. This turned out better than I hoped. Had some trouble with the feet. The back view of the feet/shoe in TD style is odd sometimes.
